I told them that i believe that imparting knowledge should not be based on certification, It should be a passion that one has for educating, sculpting and nurturing the minds of our younger generation. I am convinced that this is what is wrong with our Education system. We do not have passionate educators anymore. Kids will not become masters of their own destiny until they begin to understand how knowledge affects their everyday lives. We should not just force our children to only memorize words to pass an examination but we should push our children to develop a passion for learning and show them what advantages knowledge engenders. You express yourself better with an education when you are having a conversation. A status is attached to people who are deemed as educated in society by virtue of education or certification.
